Only supposed to be passing ice water, making beds, and helping to answer call lights, but instead having to do total patient care when not even trained or licensed to do so. Management does not care to fix the situation at hand only to make it worse.

Awful place! Left to work the floor and pass meds without a CNA. Just me and my nurse to 30 patients. 10 of them being total assist and the rest being extensive care. It was down right physical and mental torture! When notified management of situation they just blew it of and told us to figure it out.

No supplies during the last week of the month, building is falling apart and the smell of urine is forever stuck in my head, administrator even popped popcorn to cover the smell, with out prevail, I had to go buy cleaning supplies for my cart so I could clean residents rooms properly.

Overworked and underpaid but money is being made for owners but as a cna I’m living paycheck to paycheck if I’m lucky, luckily I have parents that help me out from time to time but fellow co-workers don’t have the help like I do I hate to admit and I feel terrible but on occasion I’ll take food from residents tray when they refuse their tray,  others do it to we race to see if trays are left on all food carts, this isn’t right. I have brought my lunch several times only to have stolen and one occasion housekeeping threw it away. Wouldn’t have this problem if pay was better!

Staff is cool just not enough of us ,management is not clearly with it. Residents not taking care of properly due too low staff and shady management,  salaries are low but plenty of over time to make a decent pay day

With the facility low staff as it is, adding new admissions residents are suffering with bed sores, falls, neglect, of not be able for staff to for fill obligations. This facility is not fit for any one needing help.

But leaving my residents would be heart breaking to me and them, I trust most of my colleagues but not all with their well-being.
