Unfortunately, many facilities overlook the importance of these four things, causing many to become a very stressful environment. This creates an unsafe and unethical workplace, causing severe anxiety and health issues to staff and jeopardizing their safety as well as causing incidents of abuse and neglect or worse to the facilities residents.
