- Work in an environment that is safe for themselves and their residents
- Facilities must provide all needed equipment so care duties can be performed safely
- Facilities shall provide all supplies for job tasks to be performed
- Facilities must have enough staff so care to residents can be performed in a timely manner
- Facilities must have enough staff to perform their jobs without the fear of incidents or injuries occurring to their residents of themselves
- Facilities must provide an environment that supports facilities ethical policies
