Doomed for defeat
Unfortunately, today’s nursing home are set up for misery and defeat rather than that of achievement, when a facility does not provide the needed training, equipment, supplies, help, and resources needed for staff to do their job properly misery and defeat set in and become normal day after day. The joy of accomplishment is replaced by anger, pain, and failure as this becomes the new normal. The facility becomes a stressful environment turning great employees to feel unproductive, unwanted, and unimportant leaving no motivation to grow or improve.
Where laziness and disorderly conduct is allowed the facility will become toxic!
