When receiving incoming data and information strict procedures will be taken to ensure that only relative data is shared with the necessary persons and is not used for any other purpose than preventing and solving problems such as nursing home reform, changes in nursing facilities, education, and to stop and prevent abuse, neglect as well as helping with issues of security, racism, bullying, resident quality care, meals, medication, theft, activities, employee job performance, insubordination, laziness, punctuality, and financial issues.
