If you work or have a relationship with a nursing facility, please fill out our questionnaire, and let the coalition know what is happening in your facility

Inform others of the Call Light Coalition services and the needed facility reform and changes

Report Abuse to the proper authorities and (remember HIPPA, privacy laws, and resident’s rights) unless authorization by resident or guardian use resident room numbers if reporting incidents to Call Light Coalition.
